At this point in my experiences with Pettis, they would have to work REALLY hard to get anything LESS THAN 5 stars! Just had Jason out here to take a look at my Wellington Spa (which is absolutely awesome still after 3 years not 1 issue) for some possible leaking I was concerned with. Jason was absolutely awesome! He took the time to check out the entire unit, thoroughly, and was so knowledgeable! He explained where and why water would show, he talked about what I could expect going forward as far as parts/replacement, wear and tear and how to keep the tub running at top notch for as long as possible. At first, he was said all looks great, I think you are good, and as he continued to look, he noticed the slightest amount of water and was like, Found it!. He knew the issue, said it was common, it was related to an add-on part from the manufacturer and he knew how to fix it! He proactively changed a couple gaskets and talked through so many things! I was beyond impressed with his professionalism, attitude, knowledge, and genuine engagement with his work and the customer! Pettis….I didn’t think you could impress me more, but, Jason notched it up! Thanks again, folks, you rock!!

The technicians from Pettis Pools were outstanding – truly professional and thorough in their work. They didn’t just go through the motions but took the time to ensure everything was functioning properly before wrapping up.

What really impressed me was how they handled multiple challenges that arose during the job. When they discovered a major clog in the system, they stayed until it was completely resolved, even though it extended their already long workday. Then also they ran into multiple complications while emptying the sand filter, but their teamwork really shone through.

They worked together seamlessly to navigate each hurdle as it came up calmly and quickly. They even entertained my many questions and taught me a lot about maintaining our pool.

You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about leaving customers with a fully operational pool. Their problem-solving skills, collaborative approach, and kindness made all the difference.
