An Important Message from Pettis Pools, Inc.

After over 25 years of a partnership between Pettis Pools, Inc. and Softub, we have  decided to move on to separate paths. As such, Pettis Pools, Inc. and by extension, SoftubExpress.com, is no longer an authorized Softub® dealer and is no longer affiliated with or endorsed by Softub, Inc.

Pettis Pools, Inc. and by extension, SoftubExpress.com, is no longer an authorized Softub® dealer, seller, or service center and is no longer affiliated with or endorsed by Softub, Inc.

We are still committed to our customers.  Our Rochester-based team will continue serving customers throughout New York, Pennsylvania, and Ohio with the same local knowledge, dependable service, and personal support that have defined Pettis Pools for more than 60 years.

As we move forward, our soft-sided, portable-spa division is becoming Serenova Express, offering a new line of Serenova Spas® that we believe elevates the soft-sided spa market to a whole new level, and found exclusively in NY, OH, and PA at our stores, by phone, and from our online purchase center (here).

One door has closed, but a newer one has opened.

Our commitment remains the same: to offer quality portable, soft-sided spas on the market and stand behind our customers before, during, and long after their purchase.  We hope you’ll check out our website, also found below.
