Pettis Pools went above and beyond my expectations. We thought we had a broken hot tub on our hands, but Mike patiently walked us through what could’ve gone wrong and suggested we take out our motor and bring it to Dale to be seen. We were expecting worst case scenario but Dale found the problem right away. We walked away with a brand new motor THE SAME DAY!! My husband and I are so impressed with their knowledge and efficiency. Thanks for everything, Dale and Mike! Our hot tub is heating up as I type this and we are SO excited and grateful. We will use Pettis Pools for ALL future pool and spa needs!
