Dear Service Team at Pettis Pools & Patio,
I am not one who usually writes, but I feel compelled to let Pettis know what an outstanding job your service team did in the installation of our new liner, heat pump and filter.
The installation team was outstanding–prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Equally impressive were their efforts to keep the worksite clean and safe.  They arrived when they said they would, returned to finish the job when they promised to, and communicated with us throughout the entire process.
It was a pleasure dealing with Pettis Pools & Patio and I would recommend them to anyone needing a new pool or pool upgrading. They also did a great job with the electrical work.
We spent the weekend swimming in our pool and everything is great. Please pass this note along to your entire team with our thanks for your outstanding service.
