At Pettis Pools & Patio, we’re excited to offer Seaside Casual Furniture to the Greater Rochester market. It is our most environmentally-friendly furniture line because it’s made from EnviroWood. EnviroWood is made from recycled plastic bottles and containers that are permeated with UV-stabilized coloring that is consistent throughout the entire product.
Seaside’s EnviroWood furnishings provide you with the look of traditional painted wood furniture with no maintenance—it cannot rot or splinter! In addition, it does not absorb moisture or promote bacterial growth. All you need to do to maintain the furniture is to clean it regularly with soap and water. Another great benefit of Seaside Casual Furniture is that because of its design and weight, it’s the perfect choice for windy areas or by a lake.

To ensure comfort and support, they use traditional woodworking techniques when handcrafting the furniture. They mill and router their lumber to enhance the look and feel often found in traditional wood furniture. The joints are secured using mortise and tenon joinery and stainless steel fasteners to ensure a lifetime of stability.
Their goal, when originally designing these products was to create looks that remind people of coastal communities; but they also developed products that would withstand corrosive seaside air, a New England winter and even an Arizona heat wave. Seaside Casual didn’t stop seeking the perfect construction materials until they developed products that could be left outside year round—in any climate!
