Curbside Order Process: Call the Pettis location of your preference to place your order. Pull up to the designated area and call to let us know that you have arrived. At Hilton, look for our marked parking spaces on the side of the store. At East Rochester, drive around the back of the building to the marked pick up area.We will come out with your order or pick up your water sample.
Online Order Process: Please visit our site at shop.pettispools.com to place your order. Allow 24 hours to process your order before pick up. At our Greece location you can drive directly to the warehouse for pick up. Pick up your East Rochester order by driving around to the back of the building to the marked pick up area. Call us and let us know you’ve arrived, and we’ll bring your order out to you.
